How to edit and add a new payment method

Your payment method on NOVA will automatically be set to the one you signed up with. If you want to change your Credit Card or switch to PayPal, follow the steps below:

Credit Card

To edit or add a new payment method, log in to the NOVA Client Area, click on the Hello, YourName link in the top-right corner, and select the Payment Methods option:

If you have a credit card on file, you can edit it by clicking the Edit button, or remove it altogether, by clicking the Delete button:

To add a new credit card to your account, click the Add New Credit Card button:


If you want to set up PayPal as your preferred payment method, make sure to have no payment method on file. Once your next invoice is generated, pay it manually with PayPal, and PayPal will provide you an option to set up the monthly billing agreement through the subscribe button directly on your Skystra invoice. Once completed, all future invoices will be automatically processed with your PayPal account, and you’ll be able to see it inside your NOVA Client Area:
